Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs on injection molding machines. Work with production equipment to maximize run times and insure machines produce quality product. Perform work safely and ensure good housekeeping practices and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Technical experience and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation
- Willingness to be coached and trained
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
