The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining equipment in production-ready and safe condition by performing preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and making repairs as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prefer at least 3 to 5 years-experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must possess a high degree of skill and a broad knowledge of mechanical principles and electromechanical techniques
- Possesses well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to utilize basic and advanced hand tools for a multitude of applications
- Ability to read blueprints & schematics (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic)
- Ability to read, write and follow written or verbal instructions
