As a credit officer and customer service representative at the bank, you will have a varied and dynamic workday, balancing customer service with regulatory compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• Strong sense of service and a willingness to create long-term relationships with customers
• Result-oriented with an interest in sales
• Good communicative skills and comfortable working with both phone and digital channels
• Problem-solving, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within banking, insurance, or service industries
• Fluent in Spanish and English/Swedish
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience in banking and finance industry
• CRM system and digital customer service tools
• Knowledge of financial products and services
