Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) Engineer

We need a Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human space exploration and a strong background in NDE methods, including x-ray inspection, ultrasonic testing, and eddy current testing. The role involves reviewing NDE procedures, analyzing and resolving NDE issues, and preparing and presenting reports on NDE work activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5-10 years of related experience
• ASNT level 3 certification is favorable but not necessary
• Familiarity with metallic and nonmetallic materials and their manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of fracture control, materials compatibility, and design allowable for aerospace systems
