Job Description
America Networks is a leading sensor and networking solutions partner for companies in any Industrial, Manufacturing, and Waste management space. The Controls Lead Project Engineer/Manufacturing Controls Engineer will be responsible for program/project execution and plant floor production support of machine control, vision systems, and CNC systems. The individual will work in a manufacturing environment where a considerable amount of independent problem solving, creativity, and initiative is needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical/Controls Engineer
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical/control systems and the ability to apply these concepts within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI design and programming
- Experience with Fanuc CNC systems
- Experience with Siemens Step 7 and 840D system
- Experience with Cognex & Keyence vision systems
- Experience with laser marking systems
- Experience with GE PLC system
- Experience with Visual Basic programming
- High level of project management skills
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
