
Job description
The Test Engineer supports the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC) by ensuring that all Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems are fully tested, validated, and mission-ready prior to deployment into the operational baseline.
Perform integration, system, regression, and acceptance testing of AMOSS, ISR Systems, telecommunications, and ancillary C4I systems. Ensure new projects, system upgrades, patches, and enhancements are fully tested before connection to operational systems.
This role requires a U.S. Citizen with a Secret Clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 5-7 years of related work experience. Experience in system testing, integration testing, or lab engineering, testing complex IT, C4I, or mission-critical systems, and familiarity with Linux-based systems, Networked systems and client/server architectures, Hardware and software integrations is required.
