Job Description
As a Surgery Coordinator, coordinates with Surgery Counselors and ASC team to ensure surgical schedule and charting are prepared. Maintains inventory of supplies and IOL’s, sets up for surgery, and checks in patients.
Requirements
- Experience working in a surgical environment
- Ophthalmic experience is a plus
- Knowledge of scheduling and insurance authorization
- Ability to work independently and be dedicated to patient satisfaction
- Excellent telephone skills, basic computer knowledge
