Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst, Agent Conduct to coordinate, research, and respond to carrier requests related to agent conduct matters. The role will ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations, assist in creating and implementing compliance policies, and work with internal and external partners on compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years relevant experience in the insurance industry or compliance-related position
- Background in the insurance industry or compliance-related position preferred
- Experience with CMS/Carrier sales requirements preferred
