Job Description
Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to deliver Bank Data Governance outcomes across products, aligned to strategy/roadmap set by leadership. The successful candidate will have 6-8 years of professional experience, prior experience in banking/financial services, and hands-on experience in Data Quality, Data Dictionary/Business Glossary, and Data Lineage.
Requirements
- 6–8 years total professional experience
- Prior experience in banking/financial services environment
- 5+ years' experience supporting or operationalizing Data Governance (framework/process execution)
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Data Quality, Data Dictionary/Business Glossary, Data Lineage
- Experience creating/supporting Data Governance artifacts (e.g., standards, procedures, templates, evidence packs, operating materials)
- Strong execution skills: ability to manage deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholders; communicate status clearly and escalate risks early
