Applications Engineer

As an Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal teams, developing and maintaining functional expertise in programmable power supplies, and providing training and technical presentations to customers and partners.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain functional expertise in adapting programmable power supplies to customer's applications
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
• Develop and provide in-depth training and technical presentations to educate customers and partners on the company's products or capabilities
• Review customer specifications, design requirements, technical approach, and commercial landscape to create customer proposals
• Provide mentorship/guidance on technology trends to clients, partners, and employees
• Respond to technical inquiries from existing and potential customers in a timely manner
• Work alongside and give guidance to product engineering and product marketing to validate and troubleshoot technical issues with respect to specific customer end applications
