Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5 to 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience
• ServiceNow ITSM Module Configuration
• Basic GRC/IRM Configuration
• Automation & Process Improvement
• User Experience & Interface Customization
• Professional Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Must), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) micro-certifications in ITSM or IRM (preferred)
