Job Description
The Molding Technician 1 will be responsible for ensuring the quality and conformity of part production within the injection molding process. This role involves insert/impressions, material changes, inspection, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety procedures. The Technician will collaborate with other members of the team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Trade school preferred
- Tow motor experience/pallet jack preferred
- Must be able to work in the US
- General maintenance and tool knowledge required
- Proficient math skills and attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and follow-up on tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for frequent physical demands
