Job Description
AMMEGA is a global company providing advanced belting solutions in various industries. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to build and maintain customer relationships, generate leads, and represent the brand in the market. The role involves technical support and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- 3 years of experience in sales and service, business development of industrial products, targeting end user, OEM and distribution segments
- Dynamic team player with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Technically competent to have technical discussions with customers
- Ability to solve local customer problems by analyzing root causes and providing them with temporary as well as permanent solutions
- Self motivated with a growth mindset to drive sales target achievement
- Proven ability to forecast monthly sales with reasonable accuracy and deliver on planned actions
- Proven track record demonstrating high integrity, trust and transparency
- Demonstrated high level of customer centricity providing them with best possible solutions and service in a timely manner
