Job Description
The Senior Executive, IPQA role focuses on ensuring pharmaceutical product quality by performing in-process quality assurance activities on the manufacturing and packaging floors. This includes monitoring, documentation review, sampling, area/machine clearances, batch packaging adherence, and calibration of IPQA instruments. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements, and will maintain records of various processes.
Requirements
- Ensure cGMP and compliance review in manufacturing and packaging areas.
- Supervision of dispensing activity and monitoring of batch packaging.
- Issuance of bottle labels, Ouster, and Medication guides.
- Conducting Sampling, stability and in-process checks.
- Calibration of IPQA instruments.
- Participation in investigations.
- Provide on-the-job training to shop floor personnel.
- Maintain IPQA-related documents and records.
