Job Description
This Senior Executive role focuses on the standardization and maintenance of packing department procedures. The position involves preparing master documents, protocols, and reports, managing document control, conducting training, handling change control, and assisting with production planning. It also involves verification, monitoring, and record keeping.
Requirements
- Responsibility for standard operating procedure preparation and review within the packing department
- Preparation and review of master documents for packing
- Handling of protocols and reports
- Document management, including BPRs master SOPs
- Training needs identification and implementation
- Handling of change control, deviations, CAPA, and investigations
- Lne clearance activities prior to operations
- Monitoring packing activities
- Weekly/daily production planning
- Daily production report preparation
- Support to packing officer with line clearance
- Request requisition planning for materials
- Monitoring of packing area
- Record keeping
