Recruiter, Growth Marketing

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Recruiter to own the hiring pipeline for User Acquisition and Content Creation roles, and to help build the first Distribution team.

Requirements

• Experience hiring in growth marketing
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, social channels, portfolios, and creator platforms
• A sharp eye for talent and the ability to evaluate both hard skills and creative potential
• Excellent communication, especially in candidate-facing storytelling
• Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end
• A team player who enjoys working closely with Marketing and People teams in a fast-paced environment
• Fully fluent in English
