Quality Engineer Intern

Quality Intern role to assist in quality control, inspection, and process improvement in a real-world manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Assist with incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electrical connectors, cables, and assemblies.
• Support documentation and record-keeping for quality assurance activities.
• Help analyze nonconforming materials and assist in root cause investigations.
• Participate in corrective and preventive action activities under the guidance of the Quality Supervisor.
• Collect, organize, and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in maintaining calibration records for measurement and test equipment.
• Observe and learn about ISO 9001 / AS9100 / IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support quality initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects and improving process efficiency.
