Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC
- 8-12 years' experience in roadway, highway, and traffic control plan preparation with past project management experience
- Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D
