Amtec is seeking a Process Engineer with a Lean background in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have drive, be hands-on, and be willing to learn and advance within their career.

Requirements

• BS in engineering
• 3+ years in an extrusion manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in manufacturing process troubleshooting and improvement
• Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and general statistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self starter with flexibility to work in multiple roles in a team environment
• MS Office literate
