Job Description
Reach Social is seeking a highly motivated and fast learning TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategy Manager to develop creator strategies and manage high-quality creators. The ideal candidate is excited about the TikTok ecosystem and has experience in organic content creation, social media marketing, and/or affiliate marketing.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in organic content creation, social media marketing, and/or affiliate marketing
- 1 year experience in TikTok Shop
- Exceptional communication skills
- Deeply passionate about being a creator and building a creator community
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Existing knowledge of the TikTok platform and consumer behaviors on the platform
- Willingness to learn fast
