TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategy Manager

Reach Social is seeking a highly motivated and clear communicator to develop creator strategies for our agency accounts. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing high-quality creators, structuring affiliate programs, and optimizing for GMV growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in organic content creation, social media marketing, and/or affiliate marketing
• 1 year experience in TikTok Shop
• Exceptional communication skills
• Deeply passionate about being a creator and building a creator community
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Existing knowledge of the TikTok platform and consumer behaviors on the platform
