Senior Engineer - Embedded Software

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior Engineer - Embedded Software to join their Software and Digital Platforms Group in Ireland, working on ADEF and COMMS products. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of cutting-edge embedded systems that drive the most advanced data converters and communication ASICs, meeting the highest standards for security, reliability, and real-time performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years designing, developing and launching high performance, high-reliability real time embedded systems
• Strong C/C++ development and debug skills
• Experience developing customer-facing C/C++ APIs and SDKs
• Experience with hardware abstraction layers (HAL) and register-level device control
• Strong knowledge of ARM Cortex architectures
• Experience in real time embedded systems, both bare metal and RTOS
• Proficiency with Git and code review processes
• Experience with continuous integration/automated testing
• Knowledge of best practices in software QA
• Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing techniques
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
