Requirements

• Design experience with RISA, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft products
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Collaborative nature and ability to assimilate diverse ideas
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate with design components
• Adaptability and ability to respond quickly to changes
• Rapport building and credibility with staff, clients, and management
• Professional Engineering registration in Minnesota and/or North Dakota
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on structural design
