Job Description
We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our team, providing opportunities for career advancement in a collaborative and innovative environment. Requirements
- Design experience with RISA, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft products
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Collaborative nature and ability to assimilate diverse ideas
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate with design components
- Adaptability and ability to respond quickly to changes
- Rapport building and credibility with staff, clients, and management
- Professional Engineering registration in Minnesota and/or North Dakota
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on structural design
