Senior Project Manager, Manufacturing Automation Engineering

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company that is looking for a Senior Project Manager for the Manufacturing Automation Engineering team. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a project/program manager, automation engineer, or manufacturing engineer, and will be responsible for defining project scope, creating schedules, and managing all phases from conception to completion. The role requires a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as project/program manager for a manufacturing process, automation engineer, manufacturing engineer, or production/process engineer for automated processes
• 25%+ travel
• Experience with high volume production automation and controls systems
• Demonstrated ability to deploy automation systems deployed at scale across multiple locations
• Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment and draw key learnings that are then used to optimize the production systems
• Ability to proactively step into the gap to offer solutions
• Comfortable with and good at communicating broadly and having a lot of eyes on work
