Requirements

• 10+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
• 8+ years of experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience mentoring or managing a small team of recruiters
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa, CA office
