Senior Software Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to independently drive the delivery of software integrated into their product portfolio, focusing on autonomy, simulation, data processing, and payload integration. This role involves designing scalable software, contributing to existing services, and mentoring Junior Team Members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer
• Systems and application programming skills including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, testing, infrastructure, software design
• Troubleshooting and analysis of deployed software systems
• Ability to work holistically on software enabled capabilities
• Capacity to act as a technical owner for a software service
• Ability to learn and grow individually and mentor team members
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
