Los Angeles Angels- Part Time Parking Lot Operations Supervisor

The Part Time Parking Lot Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the parking lot operations, providing field support, and ensuring that all functions are carried out correctly, safely, and timely. The position also involves managing cash funds, reconciling transactions, and interacting with employees and fans.

Requirements

• 1-year of direct Customer Service Experience
• High school degree or equivalent
• Prior experience handling cash transactions and balancing a cash fund is preferred
• Ability to communicate with and listen to diverse populations
• Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling difficult situations
• Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and currency counters
• Basic Computer and Microsoft Office use and knowledge required
• Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to learn scheduling system ABIMM
• Ability to work cooperatively with all team members across all departments.
• Ability to react appropriately in emergency and high stress situations.
• Available to work varied schedule which includes Nights, weekends and Holidays
• Must have valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 3 years
• Must pass a post offer background check and credit check due to handling large monetary transactions
