Insight Lead

As Insight Lead, you'll help the organisation make better, evidence-led decisions by translating research, audience understanding and data into clear, practical communications insight. You'll lead the planning and delivery of communications insight activity that supports Corporate Affairs priorities in AMP8, helping colleagues anticipate emerging risks and opportunities and make informed choices.

Requirements

• Experience working in a similar insight, communications or strategic role
• Experience of research, insight and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex priorities into clear insight briefs, outputs and practical recommendations
