Member of Technical Staff - Product Engineering

We are a healthcare administration company on a mission to transform healthcare administration with AI-powered platform. We're looking for a Member of Technical Staff - Product Engineering to take ownership of complex technical challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend infrastructure, distributed systems, or cloud engineering
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud-native approach, comfortable working in multi-cloud environments
• Scalability mindset, understanding distributed systems and scalable backend architectures
• Collaborative spirit, ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Bonus Points: Experience with data pipelines, enterprise integrations, or API marketplace offerings, Background in high-compliance, security-sensitive industries, Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure
