DENTAL HYGIENIST PER DIEM

The health services at Jordan Health are seeking a Dental Hygienist Per-Diem. This role focuses on providing oral hygiene care to patients, including examining their mouths, taking X-rays, and applying fluoride treatments and sealants. The position requires maintaining a clean and organized hygiene environment and working with both patients and other team members. This is a per diem position.

Requirements

• Check patient’s medical records
• Examine patient’s mouth and report abnormalities
• Take and process X-rays
• Provide patients with topical fluoride treatments
• Provide patient with dental health education
• Maintain client confidence and protect operations
• Maintain cleanliness and care for dental hygiene operatory
• Chart conditions of decay and disease
• Effectively uses technology and office resources
