RETENTION SPECIALIST
Associate's degree or willingness to pursue it. Experience in healthcare setting and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Knowledge of electronic health record systems preferred
PHYSICIAN
Must be a New York State licensed physician. Must meet privileging and credentialing requirements & possess required certifications. Proficiency in MS Office & eClinicalWorks needed
RN CARE MANAGER
1+ year of case management experience. BSN preferred. BLS/CPR & Infection Control certification required
BREASTFEEDING PEER COUNSELOR
High school diploma or equivalent required. Breastfeeding experience is essential. Infection control certificate and Provider BLS/CPR certification are also needed
LPN
Requires an LPN license, current BLS/CPR certification, and a current NYS LPN license. Strong computer skills and communication skills are also essential
MAAT CLINIC RN
Bachelor's degree in nursing or Masters preferred. 1+ year of experience with Addiction Medicine preferred. Current NYS RN license required
WIC NUTRITIONIST- PER DIEM
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, 1+ year experience in nutrition/healthcare, and certified Lactation Counselors preferred
ASSISTANT MAAT CLINICAL COORDINATOR
Bachelor's degree preferred, CASAC certification up to date, and 1+ year experience in alcoholism and substance abuse. Willingness to learn in other disciplines
PHYSICIAN
Medical degree/board certification required. Must meet privileging & credentialing criteria. Proficiency in MS Office and eClinicalWorks
