Job Description
The health services affiliated with the Anthony L Jordan Health Corporation (Jordan Health) are seeking a MAAT Clinic RN to assist with pre-treatment screenings, intake evaluations, and induction of patients under close supervision. This role involves assisting the MAAT Clinic team with administration and management of the clinic and providing direct client intervention. This position is an excellent opportunity to impact patient quality of life within a network of primary care offices serving the Rochester area.
Requirements
- Assist with medical screenings of patients.
- Obtain prior authorizations for MAAT related medications.
- Assist with program planning and activities in accordance with funding requirements.
- Provide direct client intervention/counseling as necessary.
- Assist with planning and presenting in service or professional development training.
