Head of Fundraising Operations and Strategy

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Fundraising Operations and Strategy to join our Fundraising team. The role will deliver the fundraising operations strategy to ensure sector leading support of the fundraising teams at Anthony Nolan.

What You Will Do

Deliver the fundraising operations strategy, manage prospect research, fundraising database management, and gift management, and lead and motivate a team.

Requirements

• Practical management experience of prospect research, fundraising database management, or gift management
• Business partnering across fundraising and the interface between key operational functions within the charity
• Proven record of leading and motivating a team, ideally within a fundraising operations team
• An understanding of high value fundraising and experience of Campaign Development
