We're seeking an experienced IT engineer to build, secure, and maintain systems and infrastructure for Anthropic's growing team. The role involves designing and implementing secure IT infrastructure, building automation frameworks, and leading technical initiatives. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience building secure IT systems in complex environments and excels at solving ambiguous problems with multiple stakeholders.
