Product Manager, Developer Productivity

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of its developer productivity tools. The successful candidate will partner with various teams to build systems that improve engineering velocity, define the developer experience model, and drive product strategy for developer acceleration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Deep exposure to developer tooling, build systems, CI/CD, or platform infrastructure
• Experience taking technical platform products from infancy to scale
• Track record of building platform products that balance the needs of multiple engineering personas
• Ability to internalize complex technical systems and translate that understanding into a comprehensive product vision
• Fluent across functions and strong thesis on how AI will reshape software development
