Reliability Engineer

ANYbotics is a fast-growing tech company dedicated to shaping the future of mobile robotics across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced Design for Reliability (DfR) Coordinator to establish and champion our reliability engineering practices across the full product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in reliability engineering within a complex product development environment
• Deep technical command of reliability engineering methods including FMEA, RBD, Weibull analysis, FTA, DFMEA, and PFMEA
• Practical experience implementing accelerated testing methods such as HALT, HASS, and ALT
• Proven track record of successfully implementing or improving reliability processes across a cross-functional organization
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English
