The User Acquisition Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing our profitable global multi-channel user acquisition strategy. You will lead a high-performing UA team, overseeing optimization across all major ad platforms and networks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience in mobile gaming or apps.
- 2+ years of team leadership or people management experience, with proven ability to coach, motivate, and build a high-performing UA team.
- Strong technical understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem, including MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust), mediation platforms, analytics tools, SDK ad networks, and DSPs.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn complex insights into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
