Requirements

• Proven experience launching and scaling direct-to-consumer tech businesses in Spain
• Fluent Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Broad marketing experience with hands-on ownership of PR and influencer marketing, SEO, and partnerships
• Strong commercial acumen, experience measuring marketing impact on revenue, and confidence working directly with data
• Excellent project management skills, balancing speed, structure, and execution
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and gain buy-in across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
