Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• 11-15 years of engineering experience, preferably in energy or utilities
• Experience with utility-scale energy storage systems and battery technologies
• Strong project management and multi-project coordination skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities with complex technical systems
• Experience with renewable energy projects and grid integration
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Attention to detail and process improvement mindset
