Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and eager Behavior Technician to work part-time with our team in Webster, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with Autism and a desire to learn and grow in a rewarding career in behavioral health.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with individuals with special needs
- Experience working with children
- Ability to attend an initial orientation
- Timely and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
