Process Associate, GBS Finance Operations (AR)

Process Associate responsible for ensuring accurate and timely check/wire transfer application and settling application disputes.

Requirements

• Timely check/wire transfer application
• Follow up with customer for payment details
• Escalate issues to manager on a timely basis
• Monitor Unapplied Cash report and resolve related issues
• Ensure move payment done on time
• Work closely with Scottsdale/FMH AR collectors to resolve disputes
• Extract information from systems and deliver to stakeholders
• Monitor and reply emails within the same day
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge transfer documentations
• Participate in continues improvement activities
