Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, maritime/port management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a terminal control room, TIS environment, or similar operational coordination function
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set short-term operational plans, communicate expectations, and maintain performance standards
