Job Description
The Sales Associate will represent the company's brand by providing exceptional customer service and managing store operations. This role involves both customer interactions and maintaining the store's presentation standards, including restocking, visual merchandising, and accurate financial record-keeping. The Sales Associate will also contribute to sales goals and loss prevention.
Requirements
- Greet customers and assist with product selection.
- Convert window shoppers into customers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
- Maintain store presentation standards and stock levels.
- Efficiently process POS and customer payments.
- Adhere to SOPs and Loss Prevention Policies.
