Requirements
- AI & Innovation: Envision and implement AI-augmented testing strategies
- Framework Architecture: Design and maintain scalable, low-fragility test frameworks
- Orchestration & Context: Manage complex test environments and data orchestration
- Full-Stack Debugging: Distinguish between test artifacts and deep-seated application errors
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews for testability, contribute to TAC documents, and mentor junior engineers
- Performance: Develop and execute performance test plans using tools like Locust
- Strategic Execution: Break down complex features into technical stories, identify edge cases and technical risks
