Technical Writer - SaaS

Appian is seeking a Technical Writer to develop product enablement resources for internal stakeholders and external customers. The role involves writing and editing technically accurate content, assessing user needs, and collaborating with subject-matter experts to ensure product success and customer comprehension. The position requires in-person presence 5 days a week at Appian’s Chennai office.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years technical writing experience for a SaaS/PaaS company.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
• Ability to edit, write, and revise all technical material for consistency and accuracy.
