Kubernetes Platform Engineer

This Kubernetes Platform Engineer role involves developing and fostering partnerships within a fast-paced environment. The position requires a hands-on individual proficient in cloud-native practices and Kubernetes administration. The focus is on applying container orchestration and platform engineering skills to a large, distributed infrastructure.

Requirements

• BS + 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in Kubernetes architecture, administration, and security
• Linux system administration and container technologies experience
• Experience with Kubernetes package management and templating tools (Helm, Kustomize)
• Experience with Kubernetes operators and controllers
• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (Python, Bash, Go)
• Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform and configuration management
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Experience with monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) and performance tuning
