Video Codec Algorithm Engineer

This role involves orchestrating and implementing innovative video compression and processing algorithms within emerging media technologies. The engineer will design algorithms optimized for existing hardware, collaborate with architects, and potentially be involved in future product integration. They will contribute to the development of optimized algorithms for H.264, HEVC, VVC, VP9, AV1, and AV2 standards.

Requirements

• BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Expertise in video and image coding principles
• In-depth knowledge of video compression standards
• Strong programming skills in C/C++
• Excellent software design, problem-solving, and debugging abilities
