Manager Mechanical Engineer

As a Manager, Mechanical Engineer, you will manage an engineering group responsible for Maintenance module for OLED Evaporation system, large format Glass Substrate Handling, System Maintenance tooling design, including staffing, technical mentoring, and employee professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• 10 - 15 years of experience
• SEMI standards, safety standards, and expertise in heavy equipment development
• Experience with 3D CAD Software is required
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team and delegate work effectively
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical engineering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
