Mechanical Engineer

Applied Materials is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and implement custom mechanical tooling and associated processes, and enable the handling, assembly, and disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements

• Design of specialized indexer lift modules
• Work closely with technical program managers, system engineers, internal customer's / stakeholders etc
• Create mechanical designs & integration solutions for indexer lift payloads
• End to end ownership for creating designs, documentation, project management, preparing testing & qualification plans
• Supporting manufacturing teams, product quality and customer quality teams & project management activities
