Process Support Engineer

We are looking for a Process Support Engineer to provide high-visibility customer support and work closely with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge processes for manufacturing advanced semiconductor chips. The role involves providing on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service and repair of complex systems and equipment, as well as troubleshooting complex problems and resolving difficult process engineering and customer product issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with customers at customer's site/cleanroom daily
